Works on XP does not work on Vista 32-bit. I need to use this for educational videos for a $20,000 laser welder and it figures that my work computer is running Vista. Please notify me when you catch up with Microsoft's technology.

i tried to install it in the 32-bit vista, but when i clicked install, a window opened that said it was copying files. the screen blinked like it was refreshing and then that was it. now when i try to open files using the codec, media player freezes or says i need to download the codec. i tried to uninstall it using the control panel, but it doesn't show up there. how can i get rid of it?

Strange thing: codec was installed, it appears on codecs list on computer, but I can't hear sound playing movie (using any players) - it shows "undefined codec"!!! VideoInspertor detects sound codec of movie as VoxWare MetaSound :(

Guys I am a complet idiot when it comes to extracting files and stuff like that, I tried everything but no install file would appear, so reading one of the posts this is the one that helped me and voila, it now works.
"Just move the vox folder out of the zip vox and on to C: drive. now you have the install option"

I've read everyone's "how to install" and it's got me a lot further than the original instructions but when I try to use the install option, I get a big "Install Disk" prompt stating that I need to insert disk labeled "Voxware Compression Toolkit Install".
Could someone please help me without telling me what a complete "dumbass" that I already know that I am?
